Curbs are currently being installed on the section of the road measuring 0–3.9 km. In Kuntuu, preparatory work is underway for laying asphalt on the sidewalks.
Additionally, the roadbed is being strengthened on the segment from Kuntuu to Tokbay, where embankments are being created. On the section from Tokbay to Kara-Sakala, land clearing is being carried out, including tree cutting.
This project is being implemented as part of the "State Capital Investments" and is being carried out by the Road Construction Administration No. 1 (DGU No. 1) of the state enterprise "Kyrgyzavtozhol-North".

The length of the road is 12.4 km. The first layer of asphalt concrete was laid on a section of 6.7 km in 2025.
The current project includes widening the road to four lanes, creating sidewalks, installing modern lighting, and planting new trees to replace those that were cut down.
