Funding for all work is being carried out through state capital investments, and the work itself is being performed by the road construction management (RCM) No. 1 of the state enterprise "Kyrgyzavtozhol-North." The total length of the road is 12.4 km. As part of the project, it is planned to expand the road to four lanes, create sidewalks, install lighting poles, and plant new trees to replace those that have been cut down.
