On a section of the road measuring 3.9 km, the installation of curbs is currently underway. In the village of Kuntuu, foundations are being prepared for laying asphalt on the sidewalks. Additionally, the road foundation is being strengthened on the segment from the village of Kuntuu to the village of Tokbay, and in the area from the village of Tokbay to the village of Kara-Sakal, land clearing work is being conducted, including tree felling.

We remind you that this project has been implemented since last year under the article "State Capital Investments." The work is being carried out by the Road Construction Management No. 1 of the state enterprise "Kyrgyzavtozhol-North," which is subordinate to the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic. The total length of the road is 12.4 km, and in 2025, the first layer of asphalt concrete was laid on a section measuring 6.7 km.
The reconstruction includes widening the road to four lanes, creating sidewalks for pedestrians, installing modern lighting, and planting new trees to replace those that were cut down.
