The working trip of Almambet Shykmamatov, the chairman of the State Tax Service, continued on March 17 in the Osh region. The press service of the agency reported on the meeting of the head of the STS with local entrepreneurs in the first half of the day.
Among the participants of the event were the deputy chairman of the STS Bakyt Dzhiienbekov, heads of territorial tax authorities, businessmen, representatives of various sectors of the economy, and accountants.
The meeting was held in a "question-answer" format, which facilitated a constructive dialogue in a friendly atmosphere. During the meeting, modern tools for identifying tax violations were presented, including the analytical system "Salyk Kyzot," aimed at improving the transparency of tax administration.

In addition, taxpayers were informed about the latest changes in the tax legislation of Kyrgyzstan, which simplify administrative procedures and help reduce the burden on business, creating more comfortable conditions for entrepreneurial activities.

Almambet Shykmamatov noted that such meetings contribute to opening a dialogue with businesses, identifying current problems, and obtaining specific proposals for their resolution. During the event, entrepreneurs had the opportunity to ask questions and receive answers directly from the leadership of the Tax Service.

He added that only joint work, effective communication, and support from the tax authorities will allow successfully addressing emerging challenges. Shykmamatov urged businessmen to actively report their problems and seek consultations from the STS, while the service staff were instructed to provide comprehensive support to taxpayers.

According to him, before implementing significant changes in tax legislation, it is necessary to conduct open discussions with the business community. During the meeting, key issues were discussed, and taxpayers provided feedback, which helped clarify some aspects of taxation.

The head of the STS emphasized the importance of finding a balance between the interests of the state and entrepreneurs to ensure fair taxation without creating unnecessary barriers for business. He explained that tax reform should bring mutual benefits: on one hand, ensuring budget revenues, and on the other, creating comfortable conditions for taxpayers. Such an approach is only possible through establishing partnership relations between the state and business.

At the end of the meeting, Almambet Shykmamatov, having studied the opinions of businessmen, outlined a number of priority tasks and assignments aimed at improving interaction with entrepreneurs and enhancing tax administration.
