Construction of the second phase of the "Kun-Tuu" substation with a 25 MW transformer has begun in the Chui region.
Currently, the construction of the second phase of the "Kun-Tuu" substation has begun, featuring a transformer with a capacity of 25 MW, which will operate at a voltage of 110/35/10 kV. This project will increase the total capacity of the substation to 50 MVA, significantly enhancing its throughput capacity.
As part of the construction and installation works, the following activities are planned:
- installation of a 110 kV circuit breaker;
- installation of disconnectors for 110 kV;
- installation of seven cells of the KRU-N;
- installation of current and voltage transformers at 110 kV;
- installation of grounding equipment;
- installation of 110 kV surge protectors.
The completion of the work is scheduled for the end of this year.
