Talantbek Imankulov has been relieved of his duties as special representative and appointed mayor of Karakol

Talantbek Imankulov no longer holds the position of special representative of the president for special assignments and is now heading the mayor's office of Karakol.
This decision was formalized by a corresponding decree signed by President Sadyr Japarov.
