A new akim of the Bakai-Ata district in the Talas region is Zarylbek Tynibek uulu. This appointment became known through a decree signed by the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Sadyr Japarov.
The signed decree is based on Articles 70 and 71 of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as Article 8 of the Law on Local State Administration and Local Self-Government Bodies.
