Recently, the In-Flight Catering Center of Manas Management Company held a meeting with representatives of Aeromar, one of the leading operators in the field of in-flight catering in the CIS and Eastern Europe.
During the discussions, the parties explored opportunities for strategic partnership in the production and supply of in-flight meals, sharing experiences, implementing modern quality and safety standards for products, as well as developing technologies at enterprises. The main focus was on optimizing production processes, expanding the range of dishes in accordance with the requirements of international airlines, and improving service for passengers.
Aeromar has been a leader in its field for many years, providing in-flight catering for both Russian and foreign airlines. The company has high-tech production facilities, implements automated quality control systems, and strictly adheres to international HACCP standards, as well as aviation safety requirements. Aeromar actively develops its own culinary concepts, collaborates with chefs, and updates its menu in line with global gastronomic trends.
During the meeting, opportunities for exchanging technological solutions, best practices in production and management, as well as staff training issues were also discussed.
