
At the meeting organized by the In-Flight Catering Center of CJSC "Manas Management Company," representatives of the joint-stock company "Aromar," one of the leading catering operators for airlines in the CIS and Eastern Europe, participated.
According to the press service of OJSC "Airports of Kyrgyzstan," the discussion focused on strategic cooperation between the parties, experience exchange, as well as the implementation of modern quality and food safety standards.
During the meeting, areas for joint work in the production and supply of in-flight catering were considered, as well as the introduction of new technological solutions and improvements to the production infrastructure.
Meeting participants emphasized the importance of optimizing the production processes of the in-flight catering center, expanding the range of dishes in accordance with the requirements of international airlines, and improving service quality.
"Aromar" has established itself as a leader in this field and has been providing in-flight catering services for well-known Russian and foreign airlines for many years. The company is equipped with modern production facilities and uses automated systems for quality control, strictly adhering to international standards of risk analysis and aviation safety requirements.
The organization actively develops its own culinary concepts, collaborates with professional chefs, implements international service standards, and regularly updates its menu in line with modern gastronomic trends and the demands of air carriers. The production processes are aimed at ensuring scalability, efficiency, and stable product quality.
During the discussion, the parties also exchanged technological solutions, best production practices, and management methods, as well as discussed training and staff qualification improvement issues.
