On February 19, 2026, the Mayor of Bishkek, Aibek Junushaliev, together with members of the urban planning council, conducted an inspection of construction works on Chuy Avenue.
During the inspection, the mayor noted that the facility being built by the company does not comply with the approved project.
“Due to the violation of urban planning norms and the approved sketch solutions that have undergone the established review procedure in the urban planning council, we demand the dismantling of the constructed structures and the restoration of the green and fountain areas to their original state,” the mayor emphasized.
