In accordance with the directive of the President of Kyrgyzstan, the Military Prosecutor's Office, together with the Main Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, conducted a series of investigative and operational activities regarding several former employees of the State Committee for National Security (SCNS), who are suspected of exceeding their official powers during the performance of their duties. This was reported by the SCNS.

All actions were carried out in strict accordance with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic and with compliance with all necessary procedural norms. The leadership of the SCNS was timely informed about the ongoing activities.

As a result of the inspection, decisive personnel measures were taken. Those who violated the legislation were relieved of their official duties and excluded from the national security service. Documents on the established facts have been forwarded to the relevant authorities for final legal assessment.

State structures continue to pursue a course aimed at strengthening legality and discipline, as well as preventing any manifestations of corruption and unlawful actions. Every employee, regardless of their position, bears personal responsibility before the law.

Work to ensure transparency and increase public trust in government bodies will continue.

It is important to note that some media reports and information leaks may be misleading, creating an impression of conflict between various law enforcement agencies. Such statements do not reflect reality and may undermine trust in state institutions.

All law enforcement agencies in the country operate within the framework of the law and interact with each other, following common goals of ensuring security, law and order, and stability in the state.

Attempts to create an artificial conflict between agencies are destructive and may harm the socio-political situation.

Citizens, media representatives, and public figures are urged to refer only to official sources of information and to remain calm.

The SCNS of the Kyrgyz Republic will continue its work to protect the interests of the state and citizens, ensuring legality and security in the country.

We emphasize that there are no untouchables within the system of state bodies (SCNS, Ministry of Internal Affairs, General Prosecutor's Office, Military Prosecutor's Office, judicial system, State Tax Service, and others). Every public servant, regardless of their position and experience, bears personal responsibility for their actions.

The state consistently pursues a policy of cleansing its ranks of unscrupulous workers, strengthening discipline, and ensuring the rule of law. This work will continue.
