
The system includes the automation of the following key processes:
- acceptance of applications in electronic form;
- preliminary verification of attached documents;
- payment for services via QR code;
- sending electronic applications to laboratories and receiving protocols using electronic digital signature (EDS);
- decision-making in electronic format by the director of the Center;
- generation of an electronic certificate with a QR code;
- maintenance of a register of registered medicines;
- launching an analytical module for information search.
Automation of all stages will allow applicants to submit documents online using EDS, monitor the application review process in real time, and receive information about its status. Responses will be generated and sent automatically by the Center.
The implementation of this system will create a unified mechanism for electronic document flow between applicants, laboratories, and the Center. Integration of the AIS with other state information systems is also planned, which will allow for the expansion of its functionality in the future.
