The veterinary service is developing an electronic system for the registration and certification of veterinary drugs.
The main goal of this project is to fully automate all stages—from the acceptance of registration applications to the issuance of electronic certificates.
Among the processes planned for automation are:
- acceptance of applications in electronic format;
- preliminary verification of the submitted documents;
- the ability to pay for services using a QR code;
- sending electronic applications to laboratories and receiving protocols with an electronic digital signature (EDS);
- making electronic decisions by the director of the Center;
- creating an electronic certificate with a QR code;
- maintaining a register of registered medicines;
- launching a module for search and analytics.
According to representatives of the Veterinary Service, applicants will have the opportunity to submit documents online using EDS, track the status of their application in real time, and receive information about its progress. The response to the application will be automatically generated and sent by the Center.
"The implementation of this system will ensure the creation of a unified mechanism for electronic document flow between applicants, laboratories, and the Center. In addition, the AIS will be integrated with other state information systems," the agency added.
