As part of the digitalization process of the agro-industrial complex, the Veterinary Service, along with the development of animal husbandry and feed, is starting to develop an Automated Information System (AIS) for "Registration and Certification of Veterinary Medicines."
According to the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry, the main purpose of this system is to completely simplify all stages, starting from the acceptance of applications for the registration of veterinary drugs and ending with the issuance of electronic certificates. This will contribute to increased transparency, speed, and quality of public services.
The key functions that will be automated include:
- acceptance of documents in electronic format;
- preliminary verification of submitted documents;
- the ability to pay for services via QR code;
- sending electronic applications to laboratories and receiving protocols with an electronic digital signature (EDS);
- making electronic decisions by the director of the Center;
- generating an electronic certificate with a QR code;
- maintaining a register of registered medications;
- launching a module for search and analytics.
This system will allow all stages of service provision to be transferred to an electronic format. Applicants will be able to submit documents online using EDS, track the progress of their applications in real time, and receive up-to-date information about their status. The Center will automatically generate and send electronic responses.
The creation of this system will provide a unified mechanism for electronic document flow between applicants, laboratories, and the Center. The AIS will also be integrated with other state information systems, and its functionality will be expanded in the future.
This platform represents a modern and reliable digital solution for managing veterinary safety in the Kyrgyz Republic.
