The goal of creating the new media association is to modernize the state information system and enhance its effectiveness. As noted by the government, this is an important step towards improving the information space of the country.
The measures taken will ensure the creation of necessary conditions for the implementation of a unified editorial policy within the framework of the state information strategy and will improve the management of state media, as well as increase the efficiency of content production and its distribution.
The resolution also establishes the Regulations for the state institution "Information and Publishing House 'Kyrgyz Tuusu'", the maximum number of employees, as well as qualification requirements and multiplicity coefficients.
The structure of the new institution includes: the national newspaper of the Kyrgyz Republic "Kyrgyz Tuusu", the national newspaper "Slovo Kyrgyzstana", the children's magazine "Baichchekey", and the literary-art magazine "Ala-Too".
