An investigation has been initiated into the incident under Article 165 (Kidnapping) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Police officers, conducting operational-search activities, identified and detained the suspects in this crime: M.B., T.D., and J.A., all born in 2007.
The detainees have been placed in a temporary detention facility. During the investigation, it was revealed that they had hostile relations due to debt obligations.
The necessary judicial and legal examinations have been appointed for the case, and investigative actions are being carried out to clarify all the circumstances of the crime. The investigation is ongoing.
