According to information received by the Chuy district police department, on February 13, a citizen identified as N.I. reported that on that day around 16:00, he was forcibly taken from his home by T.D. along with several acquaintances and taken to the village of Ak-Beshim, where he was subjected to physical violence.
A criminal case has been initiated against the suspects under Article 165 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning kidnapping.
During operational activities, law enforcement officers were able to identify and detain three suspects, all born in 2007. Currently, the young individuals have been placed in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation has revealed that there were hostile relations between the participants involved, related to debt obligations.
Currently, necessary examinations have been appointed, and investigative actions are ongoing to clarify all circumstances of the incident. The investigation is continuing.
