In response to the statement, the CEC of the Kyrgyz Republic sent an official request to the Ministry of Internal Affairs for a comprehensive review of the situation. According to the information from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, during the investigation of a criminal case concerning violations of electoral rights, certain violations of electoral legislation were identified. These violations were related to the installation of mobile video surveillance devices by supporters of one of the candidates at some polling stations.
However, according to the collected materials, these violations are of an individual nature and do not indicate organized or mass interference with the voting results in the district. The inspection did not reveal any facts that could affect the distribution of mandates or hinder the establishment of accurate election results.
Having reviewed the submitted materials and based on the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic and the laws on elections, the Central Election Commission made the following decisions:
1. To annul the CEC of the Kyrgyz Republic's resolution dated December 3, 2025, No. 161.
2. To recognize the early elections of deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic from the multi-mandate district No. 13 as valid.
3. To invalidate the votes cast for candidate Sydykov B.U. and classify the corresponding ballots as invalid.
4. To approve the protocol on the results of the early elections in the multi-mandate district No. 13.
5. To recognize the following candidates as elected deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic from the multi-mandate district No. 13:
— Aibek Altynbekov;
— Talant Mamytov;
— Aigul Karabekova.

2. To recognize the early elections of deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic from the multi-mandate district No. 13 as valid.
