At the World Government Summit, the Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan, Adylbek Kasymaliev, met with the Minister of Energy of the United Arab Emirates, Suhail Al-Mazrouei, and the CEO of Masdar, Mohammed Jamil Al-Ramahi.
During the conversation, specific steps were discussed for the implementation of energy projects in Kyrgyzstan, as well as ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and the UAE.
Kasymaliev emphasized the importance of developing "green" energy, which occupies a central place in the country's state policy. He highlighted the significance of partnership in sustainable development and renewable energy sources.
The CEO of Masdar, Mohammed Jamil Al-Ramahi, noted that his company sees Kyrgyzstan as a promising partner in the region and is ready for further development of cooperation.
As part of this meeting, a ceremony was also held to sign a Framework Agreement between the Ministry of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic and Masdar.
