The Deputy Director of the National Investment Agency under the President, Damirbek Bikulov, presented this draft law.
According to the speaker, the purpose of the agreement is to create a legal framework for attracting foreign investments, which will ensure the protection of investors' rights and create more favorable conditions for them, as well as reduce risks associated with investments.
During the discussion, Deputy Medina Kairylbekova emphasized the importance of providing legal guarantees for investors operating in the Kyrgyz Republic.
The draft law was approved in the first reading.
