The Minister of Energy instructed the management of companies constructing solar power plants to strengthen quality control.
• 80% of the allocated plots have already been planned;
• 95% of the fencing has been installed;
• 50% of the supporting structures for the first phase have been delivered;
• 6% of the pile driving for the first phase supports has been completed;
• Half of the work on the construction of protective structures, including drainage ponds and a diversion channel, has been finished;
• Excavation for the power line supports is at 40%;
• Assembly of the supports is underway.
The planned commissioning of the solar power plant with a capacity of 100 MW is scheduled for August 31, 2026.
In addition, Minister Ibraev inspected the construction of the solar power plant being implemented by the company "RECA." Currently, 10% of the construction work on the 17 MW project has been completed.
The work includes the completion of temporary housing for workers, laying the foundation for the substation, and the installation of 50% of the 110 kV power line. The construction of the first phase of the 175 MW project is planned to be completed in the first half of 2026.
During the visit, the Minister of Energy emphasized the need to strengthen control over the quality and dynamics of the work, pointing out the importance of strict adherence to the deadlines for completing construction tasks.
