During his working visit to the Issyk-Kul region, the Minister of Energy Talaybek Ibraev met with representatives of companies engaged in renewable energy sources.
First of all, the minister assessed the construction process of the solar power plant being developed by the company "Unigrin" in the village of Toru-Aigyr. The technical director of the company, Timurlan Kadinov, provided information on the current state of work and future plans, noting that construction is actively ongoing.
Currently, the following stages have been completed:
- site planning — 80%;
- fencing installation — 95%;
- delivery of supporting structures for the first phase — 50%;
- driving piles for supporting structures of the first phase — 6%;
- construction of protective structures, including a drainage channel;
- drainage ponds — 50%;
- preparation of foundations for 220 kV power line supports — 40%;
- assembly of supports — in progress.
In addition, Ibraev checked another project — the solar power plant being implemented by the company "RECA." He met with the project director Fam Minh Bag and the construction site manager Nguyen Minh Tuan to discuss the current state of work.
According to their information, 10% of the construction work has been completed for the 17 MW solar power plant.
Currently, the construction of temporary housing for workers has been completed, the foundation for the substation has been laid, and 50% of the 110 kV power line has been installed. The construction of the first phase of the project with a capacity of 175 MW is planned to be completed in the first half of 2026.
The Minister of Energy instructed the company's management to strengthen control over the quality and speed of work, emphasizing the importance of adhering to construction deadlines.
