Recently, Nurdin Oruntaev, the Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of Kyrgyzstan, held a meeting with Bekzhan Kasymzhanov, a representative of LLC "Elite-Stroy-City". This event was prompted by a video appeal that became popular on social media.
During the meeting, various aspects of the company's operations were discussed, and the minister provided instructions to the responsible employees. One of the key decisions was to create a special commission that will conduct a full inspection of all construction sites of LLC "Elite-Stroy-City" in the Osh region.
It was also decided to suspend the initiation of new construction projects until the company's inspections are completed.
It is worth noting that earlier a video appeared online in which citizens who purchased apartments in the residential complex "Manas" on Kasymbekov Street, 8a in Osh expressed their dissatisfaction. This footage was recorded in the fall of 2025.
According to the company's representative, they faced financial difficulties during that period. As of today, the situation has normalized, and construction work on the sites continues.
