The presentation of the draft law was conducted by the Minister of Economy and Commerce, Bakyt Sydykov.
He noted that the changes proposed by the draft law are aimed at optimizing and simplifying processes related to state procurement.
In addition, the draft law introduces the concept of a state assignment in the area of state procurement, which will allow for more effective resolution of key and strategic tasks of the state.
According to the minister, "the improvement of legal regulation in the field of state procurement will contribute to sustainable development and strengthen the institutional system of the state."
