Representatives from the garment production, logistics companies, marketplaces, as well as employees from both state and private banks, and heads of relevant government agencies were present at the event.
During the discussion, participants raised current problems facing the industry and proposed solutions.
The President noted that the light industry occupies an important place in state policy.
Following the meeting, Sadyr Japarov instructed the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev and other relevant ministers to take measures to address the identified problems and facilitate the further development of the sector.
