According to the State Committee for National Security (GKNB), the allocated funds were intended for improving the material and technical base, including the purchase of bulldozers, garbage trucks, and containers, as well as for the design and construction of a landfill that will serve MP 'Tazalyk' and MP 'Bishkek Sanitary Landfill'. The audit results revealed that the preliminary damage from unlawful actions amounted to approximately 182 million soms.
On January 12, 2025, as part of the investigation into the criminal case on corruption under Article 336 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, investigative actions were carried out, resulting in the detention of the former Vice Mayor of Bishkek 'S.R.A.', the former director of MP 'Bishkek Sanitary Landfill' 'A.A.Z.', as well as the heads of contracting companies 'I.V.R.' and 'A.N.B.'. All detainees have been placed in the temporary detention facility of the GKNB of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Currently, the GKNB of the Kyrgyz Republic continues to conduct additional investigative actions aimed at identifying all officials involved in the case and determining the final amount of damage caused to the state budget.
