A meeting was held at the Kyrgyz Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry dedicated to the launch of a pilot project aimed at developing a meat cluster. The project envisions the formation of a modern production chain in Bishkek and the Chui region, covering all stages—from fattening cattle to processing and selling the final product.
The main objective of this initiative is to create a unified system that will connect farmers, logistics companies, and trading platforms. During the event, participants were informed about the conditions for participating in the project, as well as the requirements and opportunities for business expansion.
Entrepreneurs will be provided with preferential financing, and the total budget of the project will amount to 1.5 billion soms. Financing will be carried out through state banks such as "Aiyl Bank" and "Eldik Bank".
During the discussion, participants exchanged opinions and presented their proposals aimed at the effective implementation of the meat cluster. It is expected that the project will not only increase meat production volumes but also enhance the quality of products in domestic and export markets.
