The pilot project starts in Bishkek and the Chui region
Erlist Akunbekov, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, announced new measures aimed at stabilizing meat prices in the country, including the launch of a pilot project to create a meat cluster.
The project will be implemented in Bishkek and the Chui region, with the goal of increasing meat production through the industrial fattening of cattle.
As part of this initiative, from 2023 to 2026, farmers and agribusinesses participating in the cluster will receive government assistance in the form of preferential loans with low interest rates. Financing will be provided through state banks such as "Aiyl Bank" and "Eldik Bank".
