Since 2011, based on the initiative of the ministry and with financial support from the Cabinet of Ministers, seven leasing projects have been implemented through state banks. These projects allow rural producers to acquire special machinery and processing equipment on favorable terms. Leasing is provided for a period of 7 years at an annual interest rate of 6%.
To date, within the framework of these state programs, 11,378 units of equipment have been issued for a total amount of 32 billion soms. In 2026, 1,089 units of equipment were transferred to farmers for a total of 3.7 billion soms.
These initiatives contribute to increasing the level of mechanization in the agricultural sector and enhancing the overall efficiency of agricultural production.
