Since 2011, seven leasing programs have been implemented through OJSC "Aiyl Bank" and "Eldik Bank," under which farmers are provided with machinery and equipment for processing for a period of up to seven years at a preferential rate of 6 percent per annum.
To date, with government support, farmers have been issued 9,863 units of equipment totaling 27.9 billion soms, of which 2,853 units worth 9.8 billion soms were provided in 2025.
These initiatives contribute to improving the quality and timeliness of mechanized services, which in turn fosters the development of agriculture in the country.
