Since 2011, in partnership with the Cabinet of Ministers, the implementation of seven leasing projects has been carried out through OJSC "Aiyl Bank" and "Eldik Bank." These initiatives aim to provide rural producers with machinery and equipment for processing on favorable terms.
The leasing conditions include a term of seven years and an interest rate of 6% per annum. During the operation of the state leasing projects, 11,378 units of machinery have been issued for a total amount of 32 billion soms. In 2026, in particular, 1,089 units of machinery worth 3.7 billion soms were transferred to farmers.
These projects contribute to the improvement of mechanization in agriculture and increase production efficiency.
