As part of the project, it is planned to construct two access roads to the new market in Osh, for which a roadmap has already been developed and the necessary construction equipment is being mobilized.
It is worth noting that in early February 2026, local residents of Novopavlovka expressed concerns about the possible demolition of the cemetery due to road expansion. In response, the mayor of Bishkek, Aibek Junushaliev, held a meeting with residents, during which it was decided to route the road around the cemetery, taking into account sanitary norms and the needs of the population. The project includes four lanes of 3.5 meters each, with a total road width of 17.5 meters and a median strip 5 meters wide. Additionally, the project includes sidewalks 2.25 meters wide and an outdoor lighting system. To ensure proper drainage, the installation of 9,143 drainage channels is planned.
