
During the visit, the minister was informed about the work being carried out in the breeding biolaboratory, where the genetic characteristics of cattle are constantly being improved, the efficiency of artificial insemination is being increased, and regions are being provided with the necessary amount of liquid nitrogen for inseminators.
“We must shift the focus from quantity to quality. This is the only way to obtain seed material from genetically purebred animals. This direction is our priority. It is also important to pay attention to domestic seeds of pasture crops that are adapted to local climatic conditions and have undergone appropriate testing,” the minister emphasized.
Akunbekov also instructed the management of the enterprise to develop a budget project for the complete reconstruction of the farm. He noted that he plans to visit the farm again next week to assess the progress of the renovation work.
