The Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry is preparing to launch a pilot project aimed at stabilizing meat prices and developing livestock farming. This information was confirmed on "Birinchi Radio" by Mukhtar Chynaliev, head of the department of processing industry and organic agriculture.

Chynaliev noted that the main priority of this project is to ensure food security in the country.

The project will begin in Bishkek and the Chui region, and if the results are positive, it is planned to expand it to other regions.

For the implementation of this plan, 1.5 billion soms have been allocated, which will be used to create ten production clusters in the livestock sector. The project covers the entire production cycle, including livestock fattening, slaughter, meat cooling, packaging, and sale of the final product.

Entrepreneurs wishing to participate in the pilot project must unite and distribute roles and functions among themselves.
