First Deputy Minister of Justice Almazbek Zarylbek uulu presented information about the bill.
He noted that the lack of clear regulatory frameworks in the area of inheriting electronic money creates legal ambiguity and increases the risks of unauthorized use of these funds by third parties.
In light of the above, the ministry proposes to recognize electronic money as objects of civil rights, which will allow for their free transfer from one person to another within the framework of universal succession (for example, in cases of inheritance or reorganization of a legal entity) or in other ways.
