- At the meeting of the Committee on Constitutional Legislation, State Structure, Local Self-Government, and the Regulations of the Jogorku Kenesh on March 10, 2026, Almazbek Zarylbek uulu, who holds the position of First Deputy Minister of Justice, noted that there is currently no specific legislation in Kyrgyzstan regarding the inheritance of electronic money.

He added that the authorized bodies have been operating until today based solely on various subordinate acts that have not been unified.

Deputy Mederbek Aliyev emphasized the need to create this regulation, considering the relevance of using electronic money in modern society.

During the meeting, the draft Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic on the Issues of Inheriting Electronic Money" was also discussed, which was at the stage of its first reading.
