
Speaking about the future of the agency, Akunbekov noted that the implementation of five main directions initiated by his predecessor Bakyt Torobaev would continue. The minister expressed gratitude for the professionalism of the staff and highlighted the need for personnel stability, assuring the effectiveness of the current team.
At the meeting, the deputy ministers presented reports on the current state of affairs in the industry. In particular, the first deputy, Zhanibek Kerimaliev, spoke about the agency's activities, while deputy Mirbek Duyshiev reported on the progress of lending programs. Currently, 9 projects of state financial support are being implemented in the agro-industrial complex, totaling 13 billion 180 million soms.
The minister also emphasized the preparation for spring fieldwork, instructing relevant leaders to ensure strict control over the supply of seeds, fuel and lubricants, and equipment for farmers. The completion of the water sector reform was highlighted as one of the strategic priorities of the agency.
At the end of the meeting, Akunbekov urged his colleagues to work honestly and transparently, aiming to achieve specific results in the shortest possible time.
