Deputy Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry Zhanibek Kerimaliev presented information about the project.
He emphasized that this draft law aims to improve the legislation in the field of breeding.
According to him, changes and additions exceeding 50% are proposed to be made to the existing law "On Breeding in Animal Husbandry of the Kyrgyz Republic," which served as the basis for developing a new version of the document.
The draft law also establishes the main requirements for the export and import of breeding products (materials).
