He emphasized that the main goal of the draft law is to improve legislation in the field of breeding.
Kerimaliev also reported that changes and additions are planned to be made to the existing law "On Breeding in Animal Husbandry of the Kyrgyz Republic," which constitute more than 50%, leading to the development of a new version of the law.
The draft law clearly outlines the key requirements regarding the export and import of breeding products (materials).
