The Cabinet laid the capsule for the construction of the financial and investment territory "Tamchy"
This project aims to create an international financial center focused on attracting global capital, fintech and IT solutions, and will also serve as a modern logistics hub for international trade and freight transportation.
It is planned that by 2035, phased construction of office buildings, residential complexes, and tourist infrastructure with a total area of over 470,000 square meters will be implemented. The territory will be divided into three zones: business, logistics (adjacent to the airport), and recreational.
To protect the interests of entrepreneurs, an independent international center for dispute resolution will operate, based on English law.
Residents of this zone will receive tax benefits for a period of up to 49 years. There will also be free movement of capital, a flexible currency regime, and the possibility of establishing enterprises with 100% foreign participation.
A significant infrastructure will be built on an area of over 100 hectares, which is expected to attract up to 90,000 tourists annually by 2035.
“The Kyrgyz Republic is open to investors. We provide transparent rules, quality support, and long-term stability. We understand that your success means creating new jobs, implementing technologies, and economic growth. Today, the country's economy is demonstrating dynamic growth: a GDP increase of 11.1% is expected in 2025, and the average annual real growth over the past four years has been 10.2%. The "Tamchy" project will be a new impetus for this development. Welcome to "Tamchy,"” noted Adylbek Kasymaliev.
