According to him, the cooperation is not limited to negotiations with the Russian side regarding the construction of the Upper Naryn Cascade of Hydropower Plants. Although Shirshov does not hold an official position, he has been actively collaborating with the government since the time it was headed by Akylbek Japarov.
“Elkat” has been returned, and work is currently underway to recover Maxim Bakiyev's assets in Spain,” added Amangeldiev. Elkat was returned thanks to Shirshov's efforts.

Earlier, the head of the president's press service, Daiyrbek Orunbekov, reported that the return of the company "Elkat" was made possible thanks to Shirshov's testimony.
