The Cabinet transfers state property to the Manas City Hall for infrastructure development
These properties will be used for the development of social and housing infrastructure in the city.
In particular, the following properties are being transferred to municipal ownership:
– an administrative building with a total area of 7,218.5 sq. m, located on the land plot at 11 Erkindik Street;
– a land plot measuring 2,077.8 sq. m, located at 1/1 Ashurov Lane;
– the second floor of a non-residential premises with a total area of 352.6 sq. m and one half of a basement area of 147.7 sq. m at 34b Panfilov Street;
– a non-residential premises with an area of 800 sq. m located at 8/2 Kurmanbek Street.
The city administration of Manas has been instructed to accept the specified properties into its ownership, carry out state re-registration, and ensure the targeted use of these properties. It is also emphasized that any actions that may lead to the loss of control over the property are strictly prohibited.
All financial expenses related to the registration and re-registration of the transferred properties will be borne by the city administration of Manas.
Additionally, the decree excluded item 33 from the list of land plots allocated for housing construction under the housing program "My House 2021–2026," which was previously approved by the Cabinet's decree dated April 5, 2024, No. 126-r.
Control over the implementation of this decree will be carried out by the President's Administration. The document was signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliev.
