According to Omuraliev, the following works are planned as part of the major repairs scheduled for 2026:

- Concrete surfacing — 20.09 km
- Channel concreting — 12.4 km
- Mechanical cleaning of channels — 20.8 km
- Major repair of hydraulic structures — 22 units
- Major repair of water measurement posts — 145 units
- Installation of water measurement sensors — 500 units
Additionally, the current repair plan includes the following activities:
- Repair of channels — 170.5 km
- Mechanical cleaning of channels — 81 km
- Repair of water measurement posts — 516 units
- Repair of hydraulic structures — 579 units
- “Zhyltir” pumping station — 1 unit
Furthermore, Omuraliev noted that funding of 21 billion soms has been allocated for the preparation of intra-farm irrigation networks for the 2026 growing season.
Within this budget, the following works will be carried out on intra-farm irrigation networks:
- Repair of channels — 61 km
- Mechanical cleaning of channels — 528 km
- Manual cleaning of channels — 740 km
- Repair of water measurement posts — 2 units
- Repair of hydraulic structures — 917 units
