The digitalization of container transportation was discussed by Arzybek Kozhoshev and the Ministry of Transport of Russia
As part of the Council of Heads of Authorized Transport Authorities of the EAEU countries, a meeting was held to discuss cooperation in the field of digitalization of container transportation. The meeting was attended by the Minister of Transport of Russia, Andrey Nikitin, and Arzybek Kozhoshev, a member of the Board for Energy and Infrastructure of the Eurasian Economic Commission. Andrey Nikitin expressed support for the idea of inviting representatives from observer countries to the upcoming council meeting.

Measures for developing a roadmap that will cover key areas of coordinated transport policy for 2027-2029 were also discussed. The main focus is on regulatory regulation of digital technologies, the implementation of unmanned solutions, and the creation of unified standards for autonomous systems.

The agenda also included pilot projects related to the use of navigation seals. Since February 11, mandatory continuous tracking of cargo using navigation seals has been implemented in Kyrgyzstan and other EAEU countries.

In addition, projects related to electronic international transport documents e-CMR are currently being developed, and preparations are underway for the launch of a pilot program for the digitalization of container transportation by rail.
