The Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of the Kyrgyz Republic reports the identification of illegal construction in the resort area of Cholpon-Ata.
Inspectors from the Issyk-Kul Regional Department of State Architectural and Construction Control conducted an inspection as part of a raid operation.
During the inspection, it was revealed that the company LLC "Dagas City" had constructed two-story guest houses without the necessary permits.
As a result of the inspection, a protocol was drawn up under the KR Code "On Offenses," which led to a fine of 200,000 soms being imposed, and construction work was temporarily halted. Additionally, the company was issued directives to rectify the identified violations.
