He noted that the FSХ-13 program was successfully completed by commercial banks at 100%, while the overall execution rate of all six programs was 99.3%.
Duyyshev also added that, despite this, not all farmers and dykans can access the necessary funds. In this regard, a decision was made to conduct an analysis over the year with banks to redistribute financial resources between programs if necessary.
According to the Deputy Minister's information, in 2026, the total financing volume for the six state programs will be about 13 billion soms. In case of increased demand, a redistribution of funds between projects is planned to ensure agricultural producers receive preferential loans.
