The deadlines for submitting the unified tax declaration (UTD) vary: legal entities and government officials must submit their documents by April 1, while individual entrepreneurs and private individuals have until May 1. This was reported by Chinara Mamyrbaeva, head of the Department of Declaration and Non-Tax Payments of the State Tax Service, on the air of "Birinchi Radio".

Mamyrbaeva also noted that citizens working under a patent or within a special tax regime, as well as entrepreneurs paying a unified tax at rates from 0 to 1%, are exempt from the obligation to fill out the UTD.

However, they should reflect their income in the declaration and transfer 10% to the budget.

"If you received income from work, for example, in international organizations or outside the country, and tax was not withheld, it will have to be paid," she emphasized.

Mamyrbaeva added that tax revenues are necessary for increasing the salaries and pensions of citizens.
