Reducing six auditor positions, he said, would save 30 million soms.
Akmatov also noted that the VII convocation instructed the government to increase auditors' salaries starting in April. "With the president's approval, it will increase by 100%. As a result, we will be able to save about 60 million soms," he reported.
The head of the Accounts Chamber emphasized that currently, inspectors are distributed among nine auditors.According to him, "the audit is actually conducted by ten people, who can stay in one ministry for several months. After the law is passed, 30 inspectors will be able to complete audits more quickly and move on to other agencies," Akmatov added.
