At the construction site of the residential complex "Siren," located at 50a Jajyl Baatyr Street, serious violations of safety regulations were found during the construction and installation works.
In particular, the developer installed a concrete pump on the pedestrian sidewalk, which deviates from the general construction plan, and there were no responsible representatives of the engineering and technical service at the site.
Additionally, a safe zone with temporary barriers was not organized around the operating machinery, and there were no individuals responsible for pedestrian safety, as explained by the ministry.
As a result of the inspection, a written warning was issued to OsOO "Royal Construction", which is carrying out the construction work, as well as to the involved entity. Measures are being taken in connection with the identified violations.
According to data from the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic, the head of OsOO "Royal Construction" is Akzhigitov Mirlan Tolonovich, and the founders are: Akzhigitov Mirlan Tolonovich, Kenjeev Talantbek Shadimuratovich, and Kulbaeva Kanymbu Mamatemirovna.
