During the inspection at the site, it was found that the developer improperly placed the concrete pump, which was located on the pedestrian sidewalk, contrary to the general construction plan. Additionally, safe zones around the operating machinery were not organized, temporary barriers were absent, and there were no responsible individuals to ensure the safety of passersby.
During the concrete pouring at the site, responsible employees of the engineering and technical service were also not present.
As a result of the identified violations, OsOO "Royal Construction," which is carrying out the construction work, received a written warning. Appropriate measures will be taken regarding the recorded violations.
